Western National Insurance purchased a vacant building in Edina to relocate their corporate center employees. This three-story development accommodates approximately 380 people, has multiple fresh amenities and surface parking.
The scope of work included extensive pre-construction and construction services to build-out their space which includes new mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The open-concept design features include a secured lobby/reception on first floor, training rooms that have operable wall systems that open into the lobby for a large event space, rooftop solar panel system, upholstered booth seating and wood panels in the cafe, multiple huddle/breakout spaces on each floor, private executive offices with blue wall coverings and a tile clad staircase.
A unique aspect of this transition and scope is that the multi-tenant building was completely gutted, to the studs, and modernized to fit Western National Insurance’s growth requirements.
