Greiner provided extensive Pre-Construction and Construction Services for the owner. As you walk in the front entry area, the welcoming reception area includes a waiting area, product display and adjacent meeting rooms for guests to remain in the non-secured area of the building. Throughout the secured area are private phone areas for employees, multiple casual gathering spaces, locker room, mother’s room, multiple large conference rooms, server room, training room with demountable walls to the cafeteria, and 184 universal workstations that average 6’x6’ in diameter. Another major part of this project was the extensive mechanical and electrical work that was completed in a design/build manner.

Breakouts include 40,000 square feet of office space and 15,000 square foot warehouse which supports the service center and production/distribution facility.

This fast-track project was completed in just six weeks!

In addition, the owner was completely satisfied with Greiner’s work at their new location that once the project was complete, they again contracted Greiner to build out a laboratory in the same building.

Another major part of this project was the extensive mechanical and electrical work that was completed in a design/build manner.
