Working together as an integrated partner with Project for Pride in Living (“PPL”) and YouthLink, Greiner Construction will renovate YouthLink office space and construct a new addition of supportive housing for the two non-profit organizations.
The five-story, 17-unit development will be directly connected to and managed by YouthLink towards their mission to support and empower young people on their journey to self-reliance. The building will consist of community space, studio and one-bedroom apartments, an addition of a career pathways center, laundry facilities, storage, and new landscaping and courtyard.
Renovation throughout the existing one-story YouthLink business building includes upgrading the entrance, office spaces that are designed for the staff and group meetings, multi-purpose areas and supply rooms. A new one-story addition hosting a recording studio, art studio and flex space will connect the housing and business buildings together.
The whole development is a total of 73,934 square feet and will consist of brick and fiber cement panel exterior.
