Bremer Bank

Renovation and expansion within the Lawson Commons tower, featured to retain and enhance employment.

Occupied remodel in St. Paul

Project – Bremer Bank

Bremer Bank hired Greiner Construction to renovate and expand their office space at Lawson Commons.

A company that puts an emphasis on employee wellness, Bremer Bank reduced physical offices, added more teaming areas, rooms with treadmill desks, focus rooms, and sit-to-stand desks everywhere.

Consolidating various departments into one location, Bremer Bank went into the renovation and expansion of its corporate offices with an eye to create a dynamic and inclusive work environment where all spaces were functional and aligned with wellness and work goals of the non-profit bank.

The focal point of the new design includes a large and open employee gathering space with café and lounge seating to invite socialization and team meetings. A wellness room provides two treadmill desks, individual work stations with sit-to-stand desks in an open work environment, open teaming rooms with neighboring, enclosed conference rooms to mitigate sound and support collaboration, a digitally enhanced board room, hotelling work stations and a remodeled reception.
