Project – Bad Weather Brewery

Previously a tire repair shop that sat empty for over 10 years, Greiner converted the building into a 1,500–2,000 sq ft / 100 person taproom with glass garage doors in the main garage area, an outdoor patio, a special event space in the current front office room and installation of a 20 bbl brewhouse equipped with 20 to 40 bbl Fermenters.

A few of the unique construction aspects of the space include:

  • All new mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems

  • A custom built 7 ft x 7 ft sliding barn door that was made out of reclaimed wood

  • A concrete counter top at the bar that has a Bad Weather logo sign embedded into the surface and a reclaimed wood face

  • Tap room lights are Edison bulbs with exposed filaments

  • A walk-in cooler that has two large windows for customers to see how the kegs are stored

  • Walls between the tap room and brewery that are only 8 feet tall to allow customers to view the brewing equipment
